I believe Nvidia has a utility to use. Depending on your brand of motherboard your own manufacturer might have a utility aswell.

also you might want to try re-flashing yoru bios, the only way i dont think that this would work is if you had a dell. cause i believe they make there own mobo's. But its more the chipset. So if your up for it, re-flash, then you can just do things in the bios and dont take up system resources.

Bios re-flash can be kinda tought. b/c if it doesnt go right it can cook your computer. But this is usually directions on the website of your mobo manufactur. Look there. Most companies have auto flashers that all you do is push go and it re-starts your computer and fixes your bios.

I HAVE THE ANSWER!!!!!!

I run a Chaintech Mobo with an nForce 3 250 chipset and an Athlon 64 3000+ and I was allowed to overclock my mobo and, get this, ATI grafix card with Nvidia System Utility. You might be able to DL it on their site. It works with pretty much everything. Maybe you have to have an nForce chipset. idk. but try it.

**only problem i ran into was XP Pro crashed when i used it to overclock my ATI card (9200SE)**

if you look at the pictures it says asus made the mobo, but since they specifically made for hp they don't have it on their site, and hp will definitly not give me a bios that i can edit. So can i flash to another board or what?
