CCleaner has a registry fixer that works really well. Just download CCleaner here (http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/download/e1c316a8136650f28febff7dd8971c88/), and when you open it up you will see the Registry fixer in the center or the left panel. Analyze and then Run it, and it should help you out.

Another +1 for Ccleaner, most of the other stuff out there does much more harm than good.

I can vouch for CCleaner, as I've used it for several years now. It works well for keeping my registry and temp files cleaned out. I run it about once a week and yesterday it deleted over 1GiB of useless crap. It's never messed anything up or broken anything. The only problems I have had with my computer over the last couple of years were hardware related.

My bet would be CCleaner or revo uninstaller is the best option for free registry cleaners which are the best in the market :)
