Going to have over 10 large pumpkins on the surgery table today. I plan on toasting the seeds and want to know your favorite recipe and method for toasting them.

The way we always did it was take a little butter, melt it, and then spary over the seeds and then sprinkle cinnamon sugar over them before baking.

I wound up dipping my gallon in butter and salting them with fine popcorn salt. Turned out fairly well.

Brine em overnight, then sprinkle some Cajun seasoning on em before baking them. Good good stuff.

Bacon Salt might be good too. I'll try that and report back, as I've got some peppered Bacon Salt on hand.

I saw a recipe online for tabasco sauce and butter, along with some other spices. I'll have to go hunt for it looked pretty tasty.

heard Worcestershire sauce is pretty good for em too.
