I really want all the add-ons for Oblivion, especially the Wizard's Tower, but my game of the year edition didn't come with it. It did come with Knights of Nine though. If you buy the Knights of Nine (http://www.amazon.com/Elder-Scrolls-IV-Knights-Nine-Pc/dp/B000JGU0VE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=videogames&qid=1256608414&sr=8-1) separate you get the extra plug-ins. I've already completed all of the main quests, including all of the Knights of Nine.

Questions.

1. If I reinstall the Knights of Nine for the extra plug-ins will I have to do all the Knights of Nine stuff again?

2. Since I've already done the Knights of Nine quests and I install it again, will the game just crash causing me to have to reload the WHOLE thing again...?

3. Can I just install the extra stuff and not mess with the Knights of Nine?

EDIT:

Per Amazon review:

The addon is actually several different modules allowing you to skip installation of modules that are not to your playing style, for example you wouldnt want a vampire den if your a crusading knight although this does add some role playing options an example of this would be what terrible secret does your holy knight harbor for him to own a vampire den!??

Just wondering if anyone has done this? I still don't know if I have to install Knights, or if I could only add the other games

The retail 'Knights of the Nine' disc is just a CD with a bunch on install files on it. All the install files do is unarchive files, and throw them into the add-ons directory for Oblivion, then tell the main program to load those modules on run. You can just install the ones that you want, and even if you install the Knights of Nine add-on, it will just overwrite the files that are already there; it shouldn't affect your saved game.

OK. I got it, and you're right. It just had several .exe files for the listed games. I installed all that I wanted, everything except the horse armor. It didn't come with the Fighters Stronghold, but I'll get my hands on that eventually too.

The Wizards Tower is so badass. I love that place. Lots of goodies in there, some of them somewhat hidden. Read up on it via googling.
