registry backup program ??

i need help finding a program that saves the registry and when you open it tell you whats been added since the last backup

Regshot (http://regshot.sourceforge.net/) might do what you're looking for, though it's not designed to be used over a long period of time (not sure exactly what the time period you're looking to cover is). Having too long between captures would just be too much crap to wade through anyways.
