I don't think so, no. I'm pretty sure the only difference was software (not sure what that difference was though), and maybe a bigger HDD.

I didnt even realize that was a development box until I actually saw the words "development kit" on it. I was sure that they would have used a different color or something.. I actually owned one of those clear Xbox's before (Crystal edition).

Anyways, it's a hell of a mod, and kudos to him!
