New to the forum, I recently decided to build a custom computer, and not only that, but this will be my first computer ive personally owned.
I saw the Nvidia Ion, and immediately thought of the oppurtunities that could be used.
And then I thought about Counter-Strike.
So I was thinking of creating an Ion to look like a piece of C4, along with the wires hooking up to some LED lights that will display something.

This is what I am basing it off of, and could use the keys to start the computer or something else.
Just wondering what everything thought of this, and if its even feasible.
As I said, It will be my first, and I dont know if i am being realistic or not.
Suggestions, tips, and criticism welcomed
Thanks for the help

Welcome, and I think that is a very cool idea. It's possible, anything's possible.

Will an ION run CSS?
Thats what I am actually trying to figure out right now....
On another site, I say a review where they ran COD4 at around 22fps with no AAx on, so I think it will be able to run it. I will have to do some more research first though.

I think it would be able to run it. Most of the source games will run great, even on hardware that is somewhat lacking.

Cascading Style Sh... Oh! Okay. This is much cooler. Definitely liking the C4 idea.

You should have few to no problems running the game. What resolution monitor will it be plugged into? I think that is the bigger concern. On lower resolution monitors it will clean up, on bigger stuff, say 1920x1200, you may start to have framerate issues, but the game is super old at this point so you really should have no troubles
Here is a good link you'll like to see. (http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/nvidia-ion-atom,2153-7.html)

Actually that is the site where I first read about the Ion, and got the COD4 info... It wont be running at too large of a screen resolution, becuase i usually play games in a window, just because i like this better i guess...
I also want to make sure that I can play WoW on it, since i finally decided to renew my subscription yesterday :whistler:
Im trying to decide what materials to use too, to design the outer case

You'll have little to no trouble with WoW.

Dang I feel old. I assumed CSS = Cascading Style Sheets, just like a few others did.
But I eventually figured out that you guys are talking about:
