Identify this PCI board that came out of a server.

My brother-inlaw was given a server to cannibalize and this was the only part I could not identify for him.

It just looks like a pair of PCI slots on a riser/daughter card.

Airbozo would be the one to ask for sure, but I'd say it's worth tossing.
