I just want to jump in and mention that there is no such thing as "High Def" or "Highe Definition" photographs. Every up to date DSLR on the market already takes a photo at a higher resolution and clarity than the human eye can fully make use of. What we see now in professional photographs is about as good as it will ever get.

High Def videography is a different story as it raises scales the resolution from 480p to either 720P or 1080P. Still photography surpassed those resolutions around the 3mp mark.

These photos were just taken with a decent camera.
