My friend has a laptop that when he trys to connect to the internet it gives him a few errors.
error 1114: a dynamic link library initialization routine failed
and
Windows cannot connect to the Internet because diagnostic policy is not running
He has Vista and I dont have the laptop in front of me unfortently so I cant give a bunch of information on the laptop right now.
