hahahahahahahahahahaah! That guy must be blind to need a screen that big. If he isn't he will be soon. Why does he have that at work?

He must BE blind. Seriously. That's a low res and a big screen. Gotta be legally blind.

I agree, and I'm not laughing at him, just the sight of such a big screen in a tiny cubicle.

in 2005 I was working for a "telemarketing" firm somewhere on the east coast. morale was so bad at the company, management went to great lengths to keep people that actually worked hard. one of the ways they did this was a short lived but highly entertaining award for "Employee of the Month". Said employee was treated to answering calls from a "special" desk with a 42" monitor.
Here is the first and last employee of the month winner. The next months winner could not go more than two days with the XL monitor stating his "retinas were getting burned out by the heat from the screen".
I have been holding on to this picture for a while...I think its safe to release into the wild.

I'm not sure, but that monitor looks closer to 46" to me. I'm 6'4" though, and have that problem where I think everybody else is too.

Heheh This made me laugh! For the first several years of being married I did the same thing to my wife. I was always putting things out of her reach (and no not on purpose)...

I was going to chime in about sitting too close to the monitor. That close and all you would see is pixelation...

Yeah, I'm about 6'3" and did that to my girlfriend. Got a call at work the other day, she's making her annual christmas cookie batches, and needs to know where the footstool is. I brilliantly decided that the tops of the cupboards are a great place to keep the cookie sheets LOL....
