I don't personally have anything to offer, but Amazon does work a bit like Ebay albeit more trustworthy and reliable. People, just like you and me, sell stuff via Amazon all the time. That's what the "new and used" options are. But yeah, anyways, they usually have some pretty good deals if you're looking for non-retail. For example...

Pentium 4 @ 3.6GHz - $70 (http://www.amazon.com/Intel-Pentium-3-6GHz-800MHz-Socket/dp/B001J223OO/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1262215938&sr=8-8)
Pentium 4 @ 3.4GHz - $46 (http://www.amazon.com/Intel-Pentium-3-4-GHz-800/dp/B002X8RUMI/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=miscellaneous&qid=1262215938&sr=8-2)
Pentium 4 @ 2.8GHz - $27 (http://www.amazon.com/Intel-Pentium-2-8GHz-800MHz-Socket/dp/B001949FWK/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1262215938&sr=8-1)

Cheap Motherboard 1 - $22 (http://www.amazon.com/Intel-D955XCS-Express-Socket-Motherboard/dp/B002NL9AJQ/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1262216009&sr=8-2)
Cheap Motherboard 2 - $30 (http://www.amazon.com/ASRock-775I945GZ-Intel-Socket-Motherboard/dp/B00100W5VQ/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1262216009&sr=8-9)

Just in case you can't find anyone on here that is willing to offer you a better deal, which I would imagine they would as this community is pretty awesome like that sometimes. But I'd say wait maybe a week or so before giving up here and going to like Amazon or Ebay or something. Anyways, hope that helps somewhat. Its an option to consider at least.

EDIT: Oops, those are PCI-E x16, not AGP. Sorry about that. Here's a really cheap one from Newegg that I believe has everything you need...

All of these processors should work with that above motherboard too. Gives you some nice upgrade options for future investments.

PCI-E would be better anyways, since you can upgrade more. :)
