Age of Empires II (expansion)

I was wondering if anybody else here plays. I'm going to try setting up a game with TBCS members. We would preferably be playing with the expansion (patched to 1.0c).

Whenever it works out for everybody interested (or at least as many people as possible). If we need more players, I can get some of my friends who are good at it to play (or the ones who aren't great).

I used to love AOE, I'll have to start running Digsby and get my 2nd monitor going again so I can IM without switching windows. I have the game installed and actually played a game this morning and beat the computer. But I can usually beat the computer and get smashed by others.

For me, the maps are a little messed up. Occasionally, the colors are very bad, but that is solved for me and other friends with windows 7 by restarting the game or alt-tabbing out and back in.

Mine does the same funky map coloring

No joke; alt-tab the game, open up task manager and kill explorer. I dunno why but that solves the problem every time.
