most of the time I get about 6 hours, but about twice a week I have to stay up 24-36hrs+ so it evens out to be about 2 hours a night lol.

Voted 5-6, but usually it varies anywhere from 4-8 during the week and 8-12 on the weekend.

I voted 7-8, though like most of us that's an average. During the work week I work a 13-hour shift half an hour away so not much sleep gets done. I make up for it on my weekends. :)

I try to sleep the same every day. I generally sleep about 8 hours, sometimes a little less but I generally shoot for 8-9hours sleep. I like to get up way earlier than I need to. I don't have class till 10am but I generally get up around 6am.

Technically I don't get any sleep at night, since I work nights :P..... and Luke, I feel your pain. Imagine being in a house full of kids that don't understand the concept of working nights....

I voted for 8. I sometimes stay up late, but I also get to sleep in quite a bit.

I get up for work at 6:30am, work starts at 7:00am, get out of work at 3:30pm, then usually get to bed around 11:30-12:00. And every work day around 9:30am I tell myself I'm gonna go to bed at 10:00, but that never happens haha.

I work tomorrow and its 11:32pm right now, see!

It changes alot, on weekdays I have school so I sleep at around 12:30 and wake up at 7:30 so thats around 7 hours give or take, but on weekends I go to sleep at anywhere from one to three and wake up at half one (like I did today) giving me either ten our twelve.

My sleeping pattern is damaged. Alot.

Old member back from a long break of all things mod related...
but I get about 1-2 during the week and 5-7 on the weekends....
Long work days and Kiddo keep me busy :( lucky for me I am about to take on a new project to try to keep me from going crazy(er) by organizing my desk and such.....
anyway looks like 5-6 is the average so far from these posts

I need ten or otherwise I'll feel like a zombie the entire day, not getting enough sleep is one of the main culprits of early aging and weakening of the immune system, which in turn makes one weak to all major diseases, we need to go back to sleeping 10 hours like we did 100 years ago.

Of course, there are always freaks like me who prove the exception to the rule. :P I haven't topped a 6 hour average for the last ~6-7 years or so, and the only time I get sick is a 48-hour cold once a year. Yay genetic freaks! :D

Ideal for me is 8-10 though, and actually if I go over 10 I feel like crap all day.

I'm about to be a daddy here in the next week so I see my 4-6 hours of sleep dramatically decreasing. :s

I said 5-6. Sometimes it's more than that. More often, it's less.Depends on the weather and if I need to download something late at night (while HughesNet's daily limit does not count).

µTorrent (http://www.utorrent.com/), IDM (http://www.internetdownloadmanager.com/), Windows Task Scheduler (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Task_Scheduler). Sleep is more exciting than watching status bars.

5 to 6 here ideally, but reality dictates anywhere from 2 to 10 hours, depending on when I drag my ass to bed and how cranky the 4 month old gets at night. She's slept through the night 2 times to my knowledge now, so that front is getting a bit better.

Hey now, I'm 17, am calm, takes rational decisions and I'm modding! I'd rather say the defiant teenager phase is around 14-15-ish.
