So its been like 20 some light years since the last time ive been on this forum. Feels weird. Its like I know you guys but i dont want to admit it  So lately ive had some time to doodle with a few cases I got for free from cooler master. Had the chance to upgrade my old, outdated and underpowered AMD to an Intel i7 860.. Make that two of them :cray: Broke out my box of water cooling parts and accidentally tripped my imagination... Got to throwing things together and came up with some nifty stuff for you guys to look at :) Ive been hacking away all day today working on modifying this case and ive got a good head start on it. I decided to take and will continue to try (although i do not promise) but none the less I will try to continue taking more. It is 4:38am right now though and im tired. Ill hopefully post more pics tomorrow.. Anyways its good to be back.. :yellow_green:

OK so here are some pics of what ive done so far. I wont go too much into details because I don't have a plan for what I want to do. I'm just making it better as I go along. Ive changed my mind around so many times since I started this little project that it makes no sense to list it. Basically its going to be a medium sized not too high priced but cool looking none the less water cooled somewhat gaming but mainly work orientated pc. Take a look at the pics and tell me what you think..
This is how the case started...

I also decided that I will be putting another radiator in the front.. This one required more modding then the back one did..

So, I love the mod so far, it looks super clean, but im confused, are you building 2 of these? Im just wondering why you have 2 i7 processors. lol.

I have one to use for the mean time and another one for the build. I just built the one with the red light in the front a week ago. Like I said its temp.. I most likely will sell that one ones the water cooled one is finished..

yeah im actually thinking about leaving the front of the radiator open with no fan on it so you can see the fins.. Maybe ill put a grill on it so that no one pokes the fins and dents them. Some blue or maybe red led's would make a nice show piece.. I'm definitely happy about the radiator in the from tho it was a snap idea and I just decided to go with it. Im happy.. Anyone have any ideas? Im thinking about using the Danger Den CPX-Pro (http://www.frozencpu.com/products/7505/ex-pmp-64/Danger_Den_DD-CPX_Pro_12V_3_Pin_Powered_Pump_-_237_GPH_DD-CPX_Pro.html?tl=g30c107). Anyone have any reviews on it? Good pump or no? Seems good to me. I read one review and it sounds like a great pump.. Anyone have it that can dime in?

It does look tidier without the fan on the front, I'd say it's worth doing if it is a minimal loss of cooling but not if it will have a fair impact on the cooling, and yeah if you are going without the fan a grill is a good idea, you done a good job on cutting the piece out, it looks such a clean perfect fit as if it came that way :).

Ill admit I for sure thought I would butcher it and would have to make something up myself.. I was surprised how well it came out. Putting a fan in the back if the radiator to pull cool air through the rad is just about as effective as putting one in the front to push air through it. Im liking both ideas so ill try it..

Ok so a package showed up today. Its my package from Sidewinder (http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/) for my water block for my CPU. Just the only problem is that I received a water block with mounting holes for a 1366 cpu. Mine is an 1156... Totally my fault as I ordered the wrong one.. Its ok though because ill have my local machinist machine the holes 5mm closer. 1156 holes are 75mm apart and the 1366 holes are 80mm apart  So anyways here are the pics. I tore both blacks apart to give you guys a comparison. The block with the acrylic top is the LGA775 block.. BTW if anyone is interested, that block is for sale. Has not been used yet so no thermal compound been applied..

As you can see the new block body is made of a hard plastic. This greatly reduces weight! Also the new block is their Di Series or in others words their "Double Impact" Series. It recirculates the water through the block twice... Also the thread size is much bigger then the G1/8 I was working with previously. Allowing me to use standard G1/4 size bulks.. So anyways thats my little update. Let me know what you guys think. I always appreciate feedback!

Today I made it to my LHS (http://www.frozencpu.com/).. Bought a water pump, some fittings and some atx pins.. The water pump is a JingWay DP1200 CPX-PRO.. There are a few reviews online about this pump and for the price ($55) you get more then a bargain.. Great water flow and its quiet too. Anyways here are some pics.. I already mounted the pump.. I did remove some hard drive holders.. I will be cutting them short considering that I will house the hard drives in a hot swap type unit in the 5.25" bay.. Anyways I got the pump mounted and I didn't take many pics in the process.. I was too eager to get it in there and secured.. Also if anyone knows of a water reservoir that fits in a single or double 3.5" bay send me the link please! I need to mount the reservoir above the water pump and the only place I have room is above the pump in one or two of the 3.5" housings.. Here are some pics..
