Actually it's not to loud outside of video games. :|
15 fans total.(if you count the two psu fans, slot gpu fan, and the other slot fan below the GPU)
[edit] heres some pictures of the bottom end of the cooling to get an idea of why in the hell there are so many 120mm's down there.

It is excessively loud when your playing games for long time though. Starting to consider liquid cooling kits....

Yup them three Steel ones are 110v. i guess from a pictures stand point i'd say they are the shiny black 120mm fans. two by the graphics card up front and one as the exhaust.
made a home made fashioned fan controller using a wall dimmer, a switch from my kids broken humidifier and a spare 5.25" cover

Does it fit Socket AM3 and be able to take a X4 Phaenom II 955 to the moon?
oh how old is the pump to? I know them beoyatches tend to only last 3-5 years majority of the time outside some super pumps?
I was actually looking at the CoolIT Vantage A.L.C when that comes out. seen some of it at the CES show and it was super gangster.(maybe its already out?)

RGB screen onboard proccessor regulates pump flow and monitors tempature inside the die of the cooler with its own thermister,360 degree fittings for the hoses. and dual fans out of the box on the radiator, controlled wirelessly by the onboard computer. (yup, wireless) it's also got its own spot for your own thermister if i remember right on the opposite side of where the hoses connect.
I was impressed.
its black so it'll match my stuff, and i can set the screen to red. :D

dont think so. it fits P4 , LGA775 ,Intel BTX platform and all AMD K8 , AM2 series. The pump is a Thermaltake P500, a few years old but works flawlessly. I've also got 1x120 TT rad and a 2x120 Swiftech rad

yea think i better hold out for that Vantage then. for 125$ its cheaper then most any build-it-ur-self-foo' water cooling kit.
plus with these A.L.C's all i have to do is buy a new interposer plate and use it on any upgrades i do. which is nifty for me since i don't upgrade all my computer parts at the same time.
