Anyone use Petra's? Deal w/CS?

How is Petra's CS if any of you had to deal with them? I place an order and received it today, yet an item was missing from the order. I sent them an email explaining what was missing (Silver KillCoil), so hopefully I hear back within a couple days.

Any experiences with them?

they are a great company that i have ordered (1-2 items each time) several times from.

since i'm in Canada i need to email them before i order so i get a quote for shipping. so i sent a email about a D5 basic which was still in stock at the time of the email. they sent a email back saying they were out of stock but would upgrade me free of charge to the vario. so i was pretty happy with that!

my only complaint is i never got a petra's tech pen :) but i think you need to place a $200 order or something.
