If I had a computer sized box that powered my house and was affordable, then yeah I think this would live up to the hype.

The weird thing about the video is that he never mentions how the system works. Doing a little research it seems that it needs natural gas to work properly. I'm wondering how much natural gas it needs, and how much more efficient it is than a combustion generator running on natural gas.

I'm a big fan of solar and wind energy. I'm not going to hold out for this to come to market (http://www.ecogeek.org/content/view/1329/), but I do hope that it becomes available by the time I'm in the market to buy a home.
