I sure hope GlaDos 3.11 means March 11. That would make my year.

Yeah, come on Valve, seriously; I'm all for taking their time to turn out a good game, but we've been waiting for Episode 3 for 29 months now! You did Ep1 in 19 months, and Ep2 in only 16...what's going on? Don't forget your first child!

There are some rumors that HL2:Ep3 might never come around and HL3 might be the conclusion to the story arc. New engine altogether. That's just hearsay, but it's a real possibility.

Hmmm, ok, I guess that would be acceptable...as long as we don't have to wait 6 years for HL3 (time gap from HL to HL2). :P

Also, that's awesome about Portal...I have to admit, I never would have thought to bother doing that.

This and half life ep3 are the only games I look forward to these days. I don't like many new titles.

Agreed. Valve is the only developer that I will pre-purchase games from. Everything else I wait for the price to drop to ~$20, which makes the Call of Duty games a long wait.

That said, Brink (http://www.brinkthegame.com/) is looking pretty cool. I might just have to get this one sooner than the $20 price point.

I am usually the same way but COD:MW2 has been really really fun. glad I bought it when I did (got it for 37 bucks offa amazon)
