nice bbq'in but bit of a girly drink :) not that i can talk as i drive a sunfire lol.
here is a great steak marinade i tweaked to my liking. these are all just guesses as i never measure when i make it.
3 parts dijon mustard
1 part soy sauce
1 part balsamic vinegar
1 part worcestershire sauce
2-3 parts extra virgin olive oil
about 1-2 cloves worth of garlic (i used the minced stuff in a jar)
season the steak with rock salt and lots of pepper or to taste.
some hot pepper sauce if you want
let it sit for about 2-3 hours at room temp.
the way i cook it is get the grill really hot get your grill marks on and get it slightly cooked then finish it in the oven. i do that as my bbq sucks and is either on or off, can't really adjust it. (just a camping grill)
tastes amazing, i really recommend getting some nice 1.5" thick top sirloin steaks for it.

Coors Light?
Reminds me of a joke I heard once: Do you know how Coors Light and sex in a canoe are similar?
They are both ****ing close to water!

Oh my god, STOP IT.
I want bbq and beer too, damn snow's still friggin deep and and the temp far below 0 (ZERO) degrees celsius. :pissedoff:
On the upside, that meat looks soo good SgtM:D
Thanks everyone. The beer was chilled in the snow pile still sitting next to the grill. The first picture is pork ribs, the second is Elk T-bone steaks.

This.
I use my grill almost as much in the winter as I do in the summer.
RE: Coors...
There is a pretty cool swimming hole just up the river from where Coors pulls their water from (or used to any way). Brings a whole new meaning to Rocky Mountain Piss Water... lol

Dont you know where you left it? :D
I just dig mine out when needed, and use it. I barbecued at Christmas, Valentines Day, and now that we are finally warming up, I'll be using it again every night. :D
