that part about the baby seriously makes me want to cry. who in their right mind could neglect a child? I hope there is a special part of hell (if there is one) reserved for people like this.

Before that even happens, they will mostly like get the crap beat out of them in jail. The show "Gangland" claims that jails around the world have this code against child abusers.
