Hello all i am working on a girl at works pc well her mother-in-laws.
Her son said he tried to hook up a video card cooler and thinks he plugged it in wrong .
I have tried resetting the ram.video card tried different ram slots moving video it has a pci video tried diffrent card .
all it will do is light up the Power reset lights they stay on .
The cpu fans spins i have checked the other 12 volts they will at least light lights tried another psu didn't help . I know he pushed so hard trying to plug the molex to the card cooler it pushed a ground pin out .
I get no post beeps codes or anything . I don think the hard drives spins at all is the Mobo probably gone .
This lady has very very little money .
If she does want me to replace the mobo here is the if you can find stuff better for around same price let me know please

i like option 2 for price difference is a little 40 but i think its worth the extra price all ideas appreciated . any rig help also apprecitated

have you tried a diff video card in there? oh I think you said you did try a different card now that I think about it. hmm... did you try another PSU? wonder if he shorted it out somehow. IDK your guess is as good as mine lol.
