Killing mosquitoes with friggin LASERS!

That's right. LASERS.

1) Unidirectional mic listens for female mosquito sound signature.
2) Non-lethal targeting laser focuses on the target and acquires a lock.
3) More powerful laser kills mosquito. (I believe the one they're using in the prototypes is from a blu-ray burner.)

Dude, that's so awesome! Sign me up (fiendish plot begins to unfold in head :twisted:) If only they also had some of these that would shock the crap out of bad neighbors (and also drunks, the neighborhood dog that seems to leave a little surprise in ONLY YOUR YARD, etc...)

I did see a guy a while back who made a motion activated, auto-targeting water cannon...that might help with those pesky neighbors. :P
