Thinkgeek always makes up a bunch of random stuff for April Fool's day. If they're staying with their previous patterns, everything on the front page is a joke item.

Every year some of the April Fool's products actually get made into real products. Maybe this will be one of those? I think at the very least somebody will probably be inspired by this and make one themselves.
