I pay for the cheapest plan possible from an ISP that doesn't cap bandwidth use (verizon). I think caps are a load of bullcrap that hinder the progression of the internet and internet speeds. Caps aren't the solution to over saturated lines. Adding more lines is the solution.

What really sucks is that I paid $20/mo in Vegas for internet that was at least twice this fast. Now I'm paying $30/mo. That's small town living for ya.

Oh, and you used the 'real' standard for hard drive size (1024 x 1024...), not the hard drive manufacturers standard (1000 x 1000 ...). The answer is nearer 23 hours 40 minutes :up:

Not at my apartment now, but when I don't cheat and just take the first test, I get like 16 down 4 up. If I cheat and post my speedboost numbers its around 30 down.
