W/C tubing recommendation?

I'm looking at installing a loop with 1/4" ID tubing, and I'm looking for something that's stiff enough to bend without kinking. This size isn't very popular with the w/c crowd so I'm not finding a lot of information out there.

Tygon seems to be the most common brand, and they have the size I want in several different formulas, but I don't know how stiff it is at this small diameter. My only experience is with 1/2" ID. Can anyone recommend a good 1/4" tubing?

(Yes, Spawn, I know, I know. 1/4" is more restrictive and won't give me optimal temps. I'm OK with that.) :D

I have Tygon 3/8" ID in mine, and it's pretty stiff. Take a look at my last couple worklog pages http://www.thebestcasescenario.com/forum/showthread.php?t=21039&page=18 - you'll be able to see just how short I have some segments cut, and the angles I bent them at, and they don't kink up. I also have some non-Tygon tubing that I ended up not using, and let me tell you ...the Tygon is WAY easier to jam onto the fittings. At least the fittings I have. The non-tygon stuff, I had to soak in a cup of hot water to get it onto a fitting. Overall, I'm sold on tygon and I doubt I'll ever voluntarily get anything else.

out of curiousity, any particular reason for using 1/4" instead of 3/8" or 1/2"?

lol, actually though it's fine to use, tubing size doesn't play a large role in water cooling. i would personally never go below 3/8", but you will be fine with 1/4".

i'm not sure how they would be with smaller tubing, i see no reason for any difference, but i like Masterkleer tubing.
