I really worry when I find sites that look like this. I worry that I will never get my order or that it will take forever. Well, here is my story.
I made an order tonight at 7:40PM Pacific. This is a Florida based business which means that it was 10:40PM there.
At 8:16PM I get an email that the item description for the item I ordered was incorrect. It said 50CFM, but it really is 36CFM. I love this integrity!
At 8:17PM I send my response saying that the fan is a replacement for the one I have now and that I want the 500RPM version (it's silent as you can get).
At 8:19PM I have a 'thanks' response and at 8:23 I have a tracking number.
I can't say enough how impressed I am. I'm sure that my fan will be in the mail tomorrow morning first thing. I'll probably have it Friday. If you are looking for some computer materials then please go here and give them some money. The prices are competitive and the service is unbelievable.
