i lost the alternate cage for in front of the psu on my armor and im in the midst of tearing it apart for paint, will be taking pictures but wont be posting anything until it is done, im however wondering if anyone has an idea as to what i could do for a hard drive cage as i would like to remove the cage behind the original radiator mount.
i find the 7 bays on the front for hdd's are nie impossible to actually use as pulling out the cage is a pain in the *** and im always swapping out drives. it also allows for next to zero cable management on the hard drives.

the only thing i can think of currently is keeping the original mounting bracket and cutting out some of the 5.25" bays sides to allow a screw driver to reach the hard drive cage. and maybe using some sort of standoff to hold the fans away from the drives a little bit, then i could turn the drives around
anyways let me know what you guys think, i have plenty of time my board is out to dfi this week for rma.
edit: i have obsolutely no problems cutting steel on the case or doing sheet metal work to create something to hold the drives
