Nice looking design. I would be happy to review a set and compare them to my Turtle Beach Ear Force HPA2 5.1's.

I am curious to see/hear if they are worth the $300 price tag.

Those are the ones that are open headset? The speakers are on top too, so everyone can probably hear what you're listening to

Ooooooh....yeah.....hmmmmmm...$300.00? Really? I'd definitely have to try these out in a store before I even considered paying that much for headphones that are not studio monitors. They had better have deep bass, strong mids, and clear highs in addition to being 5.1 surround...

I doubt if anyone else can hear the sound coming from the speakers as that would ruin the surround effect for the wearer. Just about all of the sound should be piped down to the ear cup. However, I have trouble believing that it doesn't sound like you have your ear up to the end of a pipe...

Also, I hope these are expensive because the company did a ton of sound and material engineering and not because of a marketing gimmick called "prestige pricing".
