im glad ive got a cassette player/cd combo in my explorer, the cassette adapter for my mp3 player works perfectly other than the cord getting in the way

One thing that is nice about living in Idaho is that there are FM frequencies not taken by radio stations, etc with nice clean white noise. in other words, my FM transmitter works just fine.

Now I have a direct plug to my CD player which controls my (free w. broken screen but still works with my cd player) 8gb Ipod Nano.

sound is flawless. its awesome. :D

my Alpine CDA-9885 (http://www.crutchfield.com/S-iGuAU7dTa3A/p_500CDA9885/Alpine-CDA-9885.html) head unit in my truck has the ipod connector. my iphone has a broken screen and LCD, but I can plug it into the radio and scroll through all the songs from there :D

ive only had 1 that didnt work correctly... was a ****ty one from a dollar store... u might kinda guess why it didnt work..
but my $5 griffin one worked perfectly... crystal clear sound (or as good as you can get across FM)

just gotta find an open frequency...
funny enough... we had 3 vehicle using my griffin transmitter... within about 100FT... all jammin to the same tune
