I have a lite-on iHES208, which has served me well. Usually I prefer Pioneer drives, but I'd definitely buy another lite-on.
I have an LG (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827136162) that I got shortly after the first BD-ROM drives came out...cost me almost double that back then... -_^ Anyways, I haven't had any problems with it except that it does require the driver to be installed or it identifies as a DVD-ROM drive.

I have the Plextor PX-B320SA that I reviewed here (http://www.thebestcasescenario.com/frontpage/?q=node/383). It's an awesome BD drive and is quiet.

Most complaints of OEM Blu-ray drives is the lack of software... I don't see their problem xD
