no kidding you can see places where it hit the ground and topped the trees as it went back up .
I would like to get some pictures but im staying out of the way unless i can go help and im not snapping pictures then.
It downtown and east main st is just devastated .
Million Dollar Ave as they call it is in shambles .
there was a curfew for two nights which i was working so they told me it was for residents the cops have been pretty cool about it.
He said don't worry about the curfew just go meein around down there .
The tornado hit 102 years to the day of a tornado that did similar damage

We had a rough night here in Oklahoma Monday night. Out of 37 reported tornadoes there there were 22 confirmed. Mind you this was all in one night. Initially they reported 5 dead but they have revised that number to only 2. Lots of property damage. I was fortunate here in Tulsa, the storm split and went to the North and South of us, but the OKC area was hit pretty hard. They recorded a pretty wicked 3 headed monster as well.

Twigs and raistnox.. You guys still in one piece?

Yup doin fine, house has been here for almost 100 years now, not a very tornado prone part of town. always come around this area, but never directly at it.

Bud's dads house got the roof shunted to the side and the east windows blown out... his shed is missing but his backyard fence is perfect ? damn mystery tornadoes, its probably stuck in a tree somewhere with everything still inside.

Glad your ok . hate it for all the people that had damage and lives lost.
On a lighter note things were going smoothly with the cleanup and build back started .
Until F.E.M.A took over the clean up one of the truest oxymoron's ever
" Mrs Were with the government and were here to help " lol love that one .
they basically showed up after things were under control

yea back in 1999 i was doing tornado clean up.

fema/army engineers came by the house as we were tossing piles of junk into a large pile on the neighboors yard.

they said something along the lines of " you need to put your debries in your own yard"

i replied "How in the F@#k am i supposed to know whos what is whoms? my couch is in her f@#king ceiling over there" (which it was)

they didn't have much to say after that and putted on down the street.

Some of the craziest **** i ever saw was in 1999. war zone crazy.
