PC GTA4 Mods -> Garage?

I have GTA4 for 360, and never got more than a 1/4 into it. I just started playing again and I've been seeing the $40 for all of Rockstar's games on steam.

On the PC version you can mod all sorts of cars in. Is there a mod where a huge garage or warehouse is modded in where you can keep your cars? I would buy the package in a heartbeat if there was a mod that let me have a huge warehouse like Leno's that saved the cars i.e. they wouldn't disappear on saving/reloading.

I haven't seen a garage mod, but I just leave my special cars in the designated spots all over the maps.. Kind of lame to have to go looking for just the right car at times though...

I have not seen a garage mod either. But that does not mean that one is not out there.

I've been searching but haven't found any building mods. There has got to be an empty spot somewhere where a building can be plopped and the code from the yellow spots used to keep cars.

Surprised that after all this time no one has tried to make a spot to save cars.

/\ This. I haven't paid any attention to the GTA4 modding scene, so I couldn't really say, but it's an attractive enough idea that I can't imagine somebody hasn't done it yet.
