Strange Issue

I am using a Scythe KQ01-BK-3.5 "KAZE Q" Fan Controller and on the 4th knob I noticed a strange issue. I have 4 fans on the controller and they work fine. i looked into my case today and noticed that if I turn the speed up or down on the 4th fan it reverses the power supply's fan. Does anyone know what would cause this :think:

Its this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341022 I think I'm just crazy lol when I looked at it just now its normal so my issue is fixed.
