as part of a costume for a convention im going to, I am making a pipboy out of what ever i can find.

Nice! Are you going to finish the outside at all? I think a nice drywall tape and body filler covering would let you get at least really close to the original look.

I already have my fallout Vault 101 jumpsuit, and I'm starting to attach armor now. But I need a Pip-Boy, and I don't want to get one of those clocks they sent out with the $100 version of the game.

Anyone know of a place that's making any replicas?

well... i personally would just do this, its just cardboard and some kind of screen. if you take the time to do it it can be very appealimg at the end.
