Do you own a small business? Is it a second income? If so then I suggest making it a business that loses money on paper. You will save a lot on taxes.

KG the best thing for you to do is to hit up your local SBA office and sit down and talk with them. Every law is different state by state and each type of business has different laws and tax laws that govern it. Hit up SBA.gov and find an office close to you.
