sound card questions

So i know the awesome difference between onboard sound and even a cheap sound card... and its awesome... so for my next build i was wondering what a decent, cheap (~50) card would be.. but it has to be able to connect to my front panel headphone jack as well. My last one lacked this ability... Thanks in advance!

I recently got myself a Creative titanium Fatal1ty pro series card (long name) second hand on ebay for roughly 80 bucks including shipping and it works great.

In other words: Protip, if you lack cash buy it second hand, just make sure you're not buying from a retard.
