I just had a husband and wife come in for computer repair. The wife seemed mentally handicapped or something, but I swear I didn't say anything. They were very open and told me that she used to be a computer engineer or something and six years ago they were involved in a very bad car accident. In the accident her skull was fractured and she had brain damage, which wiped out all of her computer knowledge and a lot of memories. The husband had extensive body surgery of which he seemed to be totally reovered from. The worst part is that they had two children who were both killed in the accident.:eek:

Sounds harsh to read it, but I"m pretty inclined to agree with you. If I lost my kids, I'd be destroyed.

There certainly doesn't seem to be much to live for after that. Except for each other, I suppose.

Humans are so fragile, it's a wonder we don't take higher precautions for our welfare. I guess we just get too caught up in all the things that don't matter, at least not when compared to your own life or the ones you care for.
