Xoxide no ship?

Has anyone had trouble with orders from xoxide? i placed one about a week ago and it still hasnt shipped.....

I just shot off an email to their support center... Hmmmm.... maybe ill get a discount... i was a little pointed....

Haven't had any dealings with them since the buy out. But they handled my issues with shipping an incomplete order quickly. And technically it wasn't there problem.

Same as above. Never had any issues with the previous owners except found their prices to be a little high.

So after sending the email, they sent me a tracking number (they claim that it got nabbed by a spam blocker, but i have my email set to block spam manually.... soooo...

I just ordered from them and they shipped almost immediately it showed up damaged because of crappy handling they sent out a replacement the same day the damage claim was made.

Well hopefully they treat you better than DX treated me. It took over 9 months to get a replacement order that they never sent. lol
