Just in case you hadn't seen it yet, Steam is running yet another sale. This time they're doing 50% off certain games, different ones each day of the week. They did Crysis yesterday (finally bought it), sorry I didn't think to post this then...don't know what they're doing the rest of the week, but worth keeping an eye on it!

They had Fallout 3: New Vegas (preorder), Fallout 3: GOTY, Oblivion GOTY, and Morrowind GOTY on great sales. I picked up all of them for $88. I already had most of it, but to it let me get Oblivion and Morrowind GOTYs on Steam and get the Fallout 3 DLC, plus another Fallout 3 license, all for $38.
Yep, EA is having a big sale all week; new games every day.

Thinking about picking up Dead Space and hoping they might be a good NFS game tomorrow.

I saw at another forum I visit, but I dont know where he got it. So far it has been correct though :)
Here ya go. ;)

Just replace 'wednesday' with any day of the week.

Very nice! I wouldn't have thought to do that.
I'm looking forward to the racing day. Even though I already have a ton of steam games I never play. I'm a sucker for steam deals. :( lol

Hahaha, tell me about it. I have probably around 70-80 games on my Steam account...and all of I think 6 are installed on my computer. :P

my problem is I only have *room* for 6-10 on mine LOL...I have a 120GB SSD internal. I have a 500GB external, but I'm leery of re-installing Steam and everything on that, I don't know how well the games would run. sadly I can't install some on that drive and some on the internal, I wish I could.
Heheh, I know the feeling...after installing the APB beta I dropped below 10GB of free space on my dual 60's.

Have the exact same problem, my ssd is only 80gb though.

This, posted by Buzz, might be a decent solution:

All the storage capacity and the price of a normal drive, but much better performace. Probably still not as good as a pure SSD, but certainly better than a standard HD or standard external HD.
Eh, I have a spot in my case reserved for another 60GB Vertex. If I decide I need it or when they come down in price enough I'll just pick up another one and expand my RAID. :D

yeah no kidding - I wonder if sales have been slow lately...I'm losing my job in a couple weeks :( (company going out of business due to idiocy on the part of the owner) so it's a good thing I already have all the games I want.

There is no way I can pass up L4D2 at this price.
Hmmm, at that price I might just pick up The Force Unleashed...I've been wanting to try that game.

Ordered the 4 pack of L4D2 and already sold the other 3 for $15 each. They basically paid me 15 dollars for a copy of L4D2. :D
I love these steam sales!!
Just finished the download of Star Wars: TFU. 30 GB!!!

So glad they brought back BFBC2 to the sale. It was 30 bucks a couple of weeks ago and I thought I was going to miss out. *purchased*

The only thing I got with this steam sale was Gothic2 / Gothic 3 pack. I've been wanting 3, so the 1.99 or 2.49 or whatever it was was well worth it. Apparently Gothic 2 doesn't work in win7 with nvidia cards, so there goes playing it on my laptop. =(

I got Portal when it was free :D

I got borderlands and all the add ons for $20 total. Nice! I'm downloading it now.
One game I got was Just Cause 2. I must admit this is probably the most awesome singleplayer game I have ever played (at least sandbox style). The great thing is although there is a story line you can jump in and out of the game freely. It almost feels there are no limits exploration wise and blowing stuff up is just plain fun

Same. I LOVED that game. I already beat it but decided to purchase it on Steam. Now I get to beat it again along with the expansions.

I blew it. Was going to get BFBC2 but spaced it until it was too late. However, I did pick up Beat Hazard for $4.99. Asteroids put to music. Addictive. Very much so.

I ended up getting Left4Dead2, Dirt2, and Audiosurf for just over 25 bucks total.

I picked these up with recycling money.
Team Fortress 2
Battlefield Bad Company 2 Standard Edition
Borderlands DLC: Dr. Ned
Borderlands DLC: Mad Moxxi
Chrome + Chrome: Specforce
Borderlands
FlatOut Ultimate Carnage (NA)
Grand Theft Auto IV (US/AU)
Arma 2
Audiosurf
Left 4 Dead 2 - Four Pack
Nice. You should also pick up the Borderlands General Knoxx DLC. It's much larger than either of the others, and imo is definitely worth the cost. It adds probably at least another 5-10 solid hours of gameplay, depending on how you play it.

Oh wait, I had forgotten that I had grabbed Clive Barker's Jericho for $1.69 during that sale. Haven't gotten the chance to try it out yet.
