Short Answer: No, unless you consider an 8GB iPod Touch a Tablet.

Long Anwer:

Archos:

Non-Android - Archos 5 Internet Tablet (http://www.amazon.com/Archos-250-Internet-Media-Tablet/dp/B001D0E4DA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1276912398&sr=1-1) (160GB, 250GB, 60GB, 120GB) & Archos 7 Internet Tablet (http://www.amazon.com/Archos-160-Internet-Media-Tablet/dp/B001D089XQ/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1276912398&sr=1-3) (160GB, 320GB)

Android - Archos 5 (160GB) (http://www.amazon.com/Archos-160-Internet-Tablet-Android/dp/B002OL2PM4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1276912586&sr=8-1) & Archos 5 (32GB) (http://www.amazon.com/Archos-32-Internet-Tablet-Android/dp/B002OL2PLU/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1276912586&sr=8-2) & Archos 5 (500GB) (http://www.amazon.com/Archos-500-Internet-Tablet-Android/dp/B002NEGTOC/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1276912586&sr=8-3)

Windows 7 - Archos 9 (60GB) (http://www.amazon.com/Archos-9-PC-Tablet-Black/dp/B002V3C4F8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1276912762&sr=8-1)

.........................................
They're all rather expensive for such small screen sizes, except the Archos 9, but they're still cheaper than the iPad, except the Archos 9.
.........................................

Asus:

Windows 7 - Asus Eee PC Tablet/Netbook (32GB) (http://www.amazon.com/Asus-T91MT-PU17-BK-8-9-Inch-Netbook-Computer/dp/B002UAR8SK/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1276912762&sr=8-2)

Lenovo:

Windows 7 - Lenovo S10 Tablet/Netbook (250GB) (http://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-0651-37U-10-1-Inch-Multitouch-Netbook/dp/B0032ALW5C/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1276912762&sr=8-4)

ThinkPad:

Windows XP - ThinkPad X200 Tablet/Netbook (160GB) (http://www.amazon.com/Thinkpad-X200-Tablet-12-1-160/dp/B002W1IK0M/ref=sr_1_12?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1276912762&sr=8-12)

.........................................
Expensive!! Like, forget it expensive. It's more than twice the price of the iPad, however it's also far more powerful, too.
.........................................

Dell:

Windows 7 - Dell Latitude XT2 Tablet/Netbook (Customizable) (http://www.dell.com/tablet)

.........................................
It's even more expensive! Like twice the price of the ThinkPad. Also quite powerful, though.
.........................................

JooJoo:

IDK? - JooJoo Tablet (4GB) (https://thejoojoo.com/)

That's all of the one's that I know of. I'm not even sure if the JooJoo is actually for sale, but it looks like it so who knows?

Edit: I'm quoting the hell out of everything! muahahahahaha ...I'm obviously bored, just in case you're curious as to why I did all of that. lol

Are there any reviews on this thing? I can't seem to find any. It's usually pretty good to be cautious around China-made stuff.

Well in a few days, I'll be able to tell you, I also laugh when people are cautious around China-made stuff.... since a lot of products are made in China, including the majority of Apple products!

Well in a few days, I'll be able to tell you, I also laugh when people are cautious around China-made stuff.... since a lot of products are made in China, including the majority of Apple products!

The difference between, say just for an example, Foxconn and iRobot is quite vast. Foxconn isn't exactly high quality or anything, but they are also not some new and unknown start-up company trying to sell a product knock-off.

And most of the stuff that is China-made does suck. Just because a lot of things are made in China and not all of it is bad, doesn't mean it's any more trustworthy. It's pretty common knowledge at this point that when you buy something that is China-made, you're probably not going to be completely satisfied. "China-made" products are cheaper for a reason. Heck, cheaper products in general are cheaper for a reason.

I also don't like quite a lot of what China does as far as product making and selling goes. The way a lot of people run their factories and how they treat their workers, the eyebrow-raising things they do as far as business practices goes. It's all very... well, let's just say they aren't quite up to the standards as some of the more modern parts of the world. Not that anyone is perfect, but China takes the cake.

Edit: I'm only saying and explaining why there is good reason to be cautious about "China-made" products, btw. Don't take it necessarily as a personal attack or anything, but people should be cautious. People should be cautious of knock-off products in general, actually.

DX would be a good example of this. I've ordered knock off knives there and in short, they last a couple of weeks before falling apart. Handles coming unglued, blades not staying tight etc... oh, and the flashlight that took me 9 months to get has a faulty clicky and they still failed to send me the pressure switch. :)
