Maybe he/she doesn't drive it around. A lot of people I know with high HP cars have a daily driver or a beater they use for normal driving.

EDIT: just watched the Grand National video. holy hell that thing is pretty cool. ghetto... but cool. haha it would fit right in here in Idaho.

holy bloody HE@!@#!@!#! that thing is fast! Can have 2 or 3? I have an electrical plug to hook them into. And a surge strip. Can't forget that.
