Hard core teleporting/high frames/low ping?

In BFBC2. It started suddenly without any updates or installs to my computer. I thought maybe defrag was autorunning so I disabled scheduled defrags and tried playing the next day... same crap.

If I jump I'll sometimes hang in the air for 2 seconds or so and drop back down and sink into the map. It's insane. :dead::mad::(:down::banghead::no: <my emotions right now.

teleporting is usually lag related. seems odd with the low ping though. get into a hacked server maybe? I've been in some where you can jump like 100 feet and fall back slowly, and others with super fast running

Nope, I was the only one with the issue. It was definitely lag. I play in the server all the time.

I uninstalled/reinstalled and set the DX version from auto to 9 in the settings file in my documents and so far so good.
