I'll bet there are no laws against them unless it's been done before...as long as they aren't bright and blinking I don't see a problem with them.

As for the legal side of things, there are a load of rules and regs on what colour lights can be where on a vehicle over here - pretty sure they'd fall foul of at least one of them unless you utterly crippled them. Under-car neons etc are illegal already

FINALLY! A way to express how you feel about the person doing 50 in the fast lane! No but really, I can't believe it too this long for them to come out. Seeing them do it with harddrives and fans and arduino programs made it seem fairly simple. I'm pretty surprised at how clear the images are though.
