I know you are a SysAdmin in your daily life but you are also one here, and TBCS is WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY more important that some stinkin job that pays actual money! I would buy you a beer but it might be warm by the time it got there... well that is if UPS did not break it in the process.
When that call comes in from the technophobe user who has no clue how to turn her workstation on, tell her to STFU:eek: because its SysAdmin Day and you are on an 8 hour break (satisfying)! Play some pranks on the users that are on your network. Set up some random restart scripts(Funny) and sit back and enjoy the madness :bunny: that ensues. Plant some pr0n:whistler: on that one assholes workstation and tip off the centers manager that he is fornicating (Uber funny) on the job just for fun. Or if you are the responsible type:facepalm:, work hard (boring) and finish that big project you have been working on all week. This is your day bud! So enjoy it.:smoker:
Everyone give OvRiDe some love, with out him this site would not be around today. He puts in many hours a week here at TBCS making sure the server is up and running, and fixing the site when I break things. Just 2 days ago he got a very early wakeup call when our server was bugging out and he made sure it was fixed before he went back to sleep all on just a few hours sleep with a long day and night at work ahead of him.
And for the rest of you SysAdmins out there, Happy SysAdmin day!!!!!!
