Site looks nice and clean. Personally I would reword the news bit to sound a little more professional.

thanks for the input :D

I reworded the news thing to make it sound a little better. I may just get rid of the news thing altogether, as I'm not really sure what kind of news I'll be posting lol

Right. You might want to compress that image on the front page a bit since it's almost 2mb and took like 10 seconds to load for me. And I'd say you should remove a lot about your personal life in the about me section. The people going there want to know why YOU is qualified to repair their bike, not your Dog's name.

All in all, I'd say you should make the site more lightweight and more business oriented.

Pretty much what Diamond said regarding the "About" page, You could could do without
I got married on August 30th 2008 to my wonderful wife Rachel. No kids yet, but we're working on fixing that. In the meantime we have a 40-lb golden pit bull named Mella, she's our little baby for now!
Im not really digging that .gif on the page either, it keeps destracting my eye.

Not really a problem, but is there a reason you have your personal facebook page and your website facebook page?

Other then that looking good so far.

thanks for the input guys!

I left some fun stuff in because I want people to know I'm a real person, not just some guy that's going to work on their stuff. I want to come across as being a friend to them, and I think putting in some personal, slightly humorous stuff helped that.

I do see what you're saying though. I'll make some changes
