core i7 surface area?

I'll be starting to build my custom water block on Tuesday (hopefully). And yes, there will be a worklog. Anyways, I need to know the surface area of a core i7 920 D0 CPU to get the copper I need for it.

Thanks mDust. That's exactly what I was looking for. The only problem is that the measurements is so low res I can barely read em.

If I get hold of enough copper I'm considering selling blocks ^^
I'll throw a thread up to gauge the interest as soon as I get around to making the blueprints. And since I'll most likely be using the school cnc mill I can pretty much mass produce them .

I couldn't read those numbers properly *blindly groping for glasses* so I whipped out my... no idea what it's called in English but here's a pic of it:

And measured the protective plastic cover for the CPU socket. I got 30,95mm X 38,95mm. Confirmation on this would be great.

It's not just you. The resolution on those technical drawings is crap. I looked around, and the only other thing I could find was this datasheet for the Intel reference design HS/Fs. The mechanical drawings start on page 47, and they are high enough resolution that you can actually read them.
