Looking for a Clear glass theme for win7!

I'm looking for a real clear theme for windows 7 one that works with the current up to date version of win7, I Googled but anything that looked promising .....Wasn't:facepalm:
Kinda like this but with out the blur affect.

There's a lot of glass eye candy at deviantART (http://www.deviantart.com/). Sadly there aren't many full themes; mostly little icon sets and skins that people submit. Lots of searching and trial&error to get sets that don't look glitchy.

I'm quite fond of the Glass Windows (http://divineerror.deviantart.com/art/Glass-Windows-11177244) wallpaper by DivineError (and the countless ripoffs/variations inspired by it).
