It's here, and we can finally show it to you! Coolermaster has had a countdown on the HAF 912 homepage (http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/landing/haf912/home.php) for quite some time now, and today it finally expired. Join us after the break (http://www.thebestcasescenario.com/frontpage/?q=node/545) as we give you the full run down on the newest addition to Coolermaster's HAF family of cases.

looks neat, seems somewhat sub-par compared to other cases on the market, but for that price range it's nice! A black interior would have been sweet, as well as including more fans than just 2. But that would have almost certainly raised the price as well. I was thinking "meh" till I saw the price tag, as I was expecting ~$100. One thing though - what's that vertical expansion slot looking thing with the thumbscrew for?

If that is the same as my Sniper, it is a "lock" to feed your mouse and Keyboard cable through to prevent them from walking off at a LAN.

I was at the PAX convention and i *think* I was looking at this case when I noticed that the raised area on the top front had a rubberized pad that lifted out to reveal a pre-cut mount for a fillport.

Was that this case or a different one in the line?

Yes IIRC all the HAF cases except the HAF X have that fillport.
