Shooting drills?

The only one I know of is the Failure to Stop Drill, aka double tap to the chest then a head shot.

Are there any other drills for CQB and ranged shots ~100m or so?

Have you checked out the United States Practical Shooting Association (USPSA)

They hold competitions based on Practical shooting. I would imagine you could find a competition in your area, and at least get some ideas.

A friend of mine shoots Steel Challenge which centers around speed and accuracy, and really enjoys it. It's associated with the USPSA, and you can get more information at http://steelchallenge.com/

If xmastree was around, I believe he shoots USPSA and he might have good practice tips as well.
